- I will exercise 5 times a week, every week unless I am ill/injured.

- I want to lose 1-2" off my hips/thighs

- I will do my physio everyday to ensure the best possible results so I can get back to regular training as soon as possible.
- I want to increase my leg press weights to over 300lbs.
- I want to make Sunday Run-day a regular feature in the week and supplement with at least one other road run each week (and keep this going as the days get shorter and colder)
- I will drink 2 litres of water a day, especially at weekends when I know I struggle.
- Achieve 75% lean body mass according to the crazy spreadsheet I have.
- Add something new into the mix each week, whether a class at the gym/locally, a bike ride, a swim, etc.

- I will conquer the Monkey Bars at the recreation park.
- I want to run at least 15 miles a week.
- I will drink 2 litres of water a day, especially at weekends when I know I struggle.
- I will eat 5 fruit/veg a day.
