Got over it?

So I did some shoulder presses today. I managed 3 sets of 5 reps on 5kg weights. By the end of the last set I was full of self doubt that my shoulder wouldn't be ok, but I got through it and feel fine!

I'm going to try and up the reps slowly, but try to increase it at each session, something like
6,5,5
6,6,5
6,6,6
6,6,6
7,6,6
7,7,6
7,7,7
....etc

On a completely unrelated note, I've just realised that this is the 2nd day in a row that Mr H has consumed houmous! He's really taking this eating better and trying new things seriously. Pat on the back for him.
