Results

So a month of hard work is over. Time to weigh in, get the tape measure out and put Mr H's photography skills to the test.

Lets go!

All measurements compared to 01/04/2010

Weight - 130lbs - down 2 lbs
BMI - 21.63 - down 0.33 pts
Lean Body Mass % - increased from 73.46% to 74.30%
Body Fat % - decreased from 26.14% to 25.70%
Bust - down 0.5" to 34"
Underbust - down 1" to 27"
Waist (narrowest point) - down 1" to 25"
Waist (navel point) - down 3" (yes 3"!!) to 26"
Hips (over bone) - down 0.5" to 34"
Hips (widest point) - down 1" to 37"
Thigh (thumbs down) - down 0.5" to 21"
Thigh (widest point) - STS at 23"
Calves (widest point) - down 0.2" to 13.5"
Bicep: STS at 11"
Wrist: STS at 5.5"

Total Loss = 7.7"

I exercised 22 days out of 30 and I was doing extra things like sit ups, squats, lunges and things at home.

* Waist looks smaller
* Butt looks smaller and lifted SIGNIFICANTLY
* Thighs look tighter and less crappy
* Calves look slimmer
* Arms look slimmer
* Back looks smaller
* Off topic - look a bit more tanned :)
I guess to summarise, I think the hard work has paid off. Still got 10 days until Dubai which is still enough time to make even more progress :D
Better get back to enjoying the rest of my anniversary! Will report back on all that tomorrow hopefully.
